The International Big Picture Learning Credential is a personalised form of assessment. It evaluates and recognises the capacities, experiences and qualities of secondary school graduates from diverse cultures and backgrounds more comprehensively than exam-based certification systems.
The International Big Picture Learning Credential was designed in partnership with the Assessment Research Centre at the University of Melbourne with the intent of providing a rich, personalised “passport” to further study and work.
There are 3 schools in Tasmania exploring and implementing the Big Picture design in partnership with Big Picture Education Australia:
- Launceston Big Picture School, Launceston, Tasmania
- Hobart City High School, New Town, Tasmania
- Sorell School, Sorell, Tasmania
