The DECYP, in partnership with the Beacon Foundation, is providing an intermediary service to help DECYP schools coordinate work-based learning opportunities for students in Years 9-12. The service will support implementation of the Vocational Learning in Tasmanian Schools Framework and its alignment to ‘Our Approach to School Improvement’.
Key features
- This program is a great way to offer students a placement and get involved in work-based activities for students in the community.
- The Beacon Foundation can source VET placements, internships, and work exposure activities, including work experience for DECYP schools.
